We are glad to announce that we now have an integration with an Estonian accounting software SmartAccounts.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

SmartAccunts is an accounting software that is suitable for your Estonian company. The software contains everything you need for accounting in Estonia. It is used and approved by over 10,000 customers. Envoice and SmartAccounts are both accessible online. Even if you are in an airport.<\/p>\n

Integrating these two systems allows you to send your purchase documents directly to SmartAccounts. Once the documents have been extracted and reports are ready, Envoice will send the data straight into SmartAccounts. Setting up the integration between the two is very simple. The two software’s exchange the necessary information automatically in the background.<\/p>\n

Activating\u00a0Envoice\u00a0with your SmartAccounts\u00a0software is very easy:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Login\u00a0<\/b>to your\u00a0SmartAccounts\u00a0<\/a>web account.<\/li>\n
  2. Then navigate to\u00a0Settings\u00a0<\/b>and click on the\u00a0Connected Services.<\/b><\/li>\n
  3. Scroll\u00a0<\/b>to the\u00a0API section\u00a0<\/b>of the\u00a0<\/b>page where you will find section\u00a0API key: public<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0API key: private.<\/b><\/li>\n
  4. Select\u00a0<\/b>and\u00a0copy\u00a0<\/b>the\u00a0API Tokens,\u00a0<\/b>one by one.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Now you have the integration API Tokens and following steps have to be made in Envoice:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Login\u00a0<\/strong>to your\u00a0Envoice\u00a0<\/strong>account<\/li>\n
    2. Click\u00a0Settings<\/strong>, then click Integrations<\/strong><\/li>\n
    3. Find\u00a0SmartAccouts<\/strong>and click on it<\/li>\n
    4. Insert\u00a0<\/strong>the\u00a0API tokens<\/strong>you have received from SmartAccounts and click\u00a0Activate<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
