Envoice is now integrated with ERPLY Books

Envoice is glad to announce that we have finalized our integration with a professional accounting software ERPLY Books.

Envoice offers a business class software that extracts data from receipts and invoices which are sent with mobile application or e-mail and saved into our cloud archive for a convenient access. Envoice also offers a throughout expense management and reports, workflow automation and easy-to-use sales invoicing.

Once the documents have been extracted and reports ready, Envoice sends the data straight into ERPLY Books. Setting up the integration is simple – our softwares exchange the necessary information automatically in the background.

ERPLY Books is an internationally recognized accounting software which has 10 000 clients across the world and whose purpose it to offer as much automation as possible. Similarly to Envoice, ERPLY Books is a cloud based software which offers an access to its data anywhere and anytime.

Envoice comes for free for 14 days:

1. Create Envoice account at envoice.eu.
2. Choose the plan for using Envoice.
3. Select the integration with ERPLY Books.
4. Once the integration is established, upload your first receipts and invoices to get started!

After the trial you can choose between Lite and Standard plans and our monthly fee is starting from 4,99 EUR. We charge only based on your document count (monthly fee includes 30 documents), so you can add as many accountants and other employees to use Envoice.
