Envoice is now integrated with SmartAccounts
We are glad to announce that we now have an integration with an Estonian accounting software SmartAccounts.
SmartAccunts is an accounting software that is suitable for your Estonian company. The software contains everything you need for accounting in Estonia. It is used and approved by over 10,000 customers. Envoice and SmartAccounts are both accessible online. Even if you are in an airport.
Integrating these two systems allows you to send your purchase documents directly to SmartAccounts. Once the documents have been extracted and reports are ready, Envoice will send the data straight into SmartAccounts. Setting up the integration between the two is very simple. The two software’s exchange the necessary information automatically in the background.
Activating Envoice with your SmartAccounts software is very easy:
- Login to your SmartAccounts web account.
- Then navigate to Settings and click on the Connected Services.
- Scroll to the API section of the page where you will find section API key: public and API key: private.
- Select and copy the API Tokens, one by one.
Now you have the integration API Tokens and following steps have to be made in Envoice:
- Login to your Envoice account
- Click Settings, then click Integrations
- Find SmartAccoutsand click on it
- Insert the API tokensyou have received from SmartAccounts and click Activate
